The department

Welltec is actively seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join our Global Operations team, comprising 20 dedicated professionals based in Allerød, Denmark. Global Operations supports Welltec's service delivery across more than 35 countries and 45+ locations worldwide. As part of this dynamic team, the Supply Chain Planner will play a crucial role in providing daily support to all Welltec locations, ensuring efficient and reliable service across our global network.

The position 

As our Supply Chain Planner, you will collaborate closely with local operations and key internal departments, including Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Design & Engineering (D&E), to support our global service deliveries. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating continuous alignment across functions and locations by building and maintaining strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • Providing comprehensive support to the Global Operations team, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of tasks


The candidat

We are looking for a colleague who thrives in a hectic environment with constantly shifting priorities and excel in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same. You are a quick learner, flexible, self-driven, and always ready to lend a hand where and when needed. You are structured, well-organized, and can shift gears quickly to meet the day's goals based on the level of busyness and priorities.

In addition, you maintain a positive, “can-do” attitude, are open-minded towards your colleagues and job tasks, and deliver consistent performance. You take pride in helping others, ensuring tasks are completed on time, and remain calm even in challenging situations.

This is an entry-level position. While experience from a similar support role is advantageous, it is not required, and we welcome applications from recent graduates.

Some travel may be required as part of this role.


The preferred candidate has the following profile:

  • Level of degree: Vocational Degree or University Degree
  • Preferred type of degree: Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economy, Business, Administration, Engineering
  • Relevant work experience in a service-oriented company or department
  • Outgoing, service-minded, and focused on delivering excellent support
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Flexible, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English (Danish is an advantage but not a requirement)
