The Strategy and Projects Director reports to the CEO and will play a key role in shaping and executing Welltec’s overall strategy, managing a portfolio of high-impact projects, including M&A, and ensuring alignment across functions.
Working closely with the CEO and other senior leaders, you will identify growth opportunities, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure that major projects are completed on time, within the deadline, scope and budget and aligned with company objectives. You will also serve as key strategy advisor to the CEO and support communication and interaction with our Board of Directors and owners.
By identifying emerging market trends and growth opportunities in collaboration with the Commercial team, you will shape the strategic direction of the business. You will also conduct industry analysis, competitive benchmarking, and market research to support strategic decision-making.
On a daily basis, you will lead the development and execution of the company’s strategy, working closely with the executive management team and department heads to align efforts with business goals.
As a senior leader in Welltec, you will support change management efforts, assisting the executive team with strategy shifts or new initiatives, and ensuring effective communication and buy-in across the organization. You will collaborate with senior leadership to prepare for board and shareholder meetings, providing updates on strategic initiatives and project progress.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with proven experience in managing complex projects and portfolios.
A background in strategy development and execution is essential, as well as experience in consultancy or advisory roles from McKinsey, BCG or the like.
In addition, strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization are critical, as is the ability to think analytically, tactically as well as long term, and align operational activities with long-term business goals.
