The position 

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will plan and execute operations for Welltec UK. You will be responsible for ensuring all documentation is kept up to date as well as planning and executing pre-job tests including SIT/test/Qualification reports.


The SDM is responsible for organising and coordinating teams of Field Staff and is responsible for service quality within the region as well as implementation and execution of all relevant processes in connection to planning, post-job briefing and allocation of Field Staff.


Our ideal SDM demonstrates both technical and leadership skills to deliver Welltec’s optimal service quality.


We are looking for a strong candidate with Wireline, E-line and powered mechanical services experience gained within Welltec, to perform job planning and follow up ongoing jobs. The candidate will have WCS operations planning requirements for all region deployments across UK/CE.


Key responsibilities 

  • Have a high focus on safety and work in accordance with HSE regulations at all times.
  • Plan project jobs together with all necessary staff and internal departments
  • Directly supervise and manage the crew wellsite.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure tools arrive and are allocated on time.
  • Occassionaly participate in offshore inspections
  • Training of Field staff and actively participate in mentoring new Field staff.
  • Participate in SDM-meetings
  • Conduct and review investigation reports
  • Technical feasibility and advisory services
  • Be part of an on-call rotation
  • Have close interaction with customers
  • Participate in sales exhibitions and sales meeting when required.



The candidate

  • Have experience from operations with a wide range of Welltec tools.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience within wireline and eline operations.
  • Show great attention to detail and process a sound technical knowledge of all Welltec applications.
  • Have excellent communications skills and show leadership qualities.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs and relevant Welltec software.
  • Have the capability to work alone or as part of a dynamic team as required.
