The position 

You will be the support person in Sales Brazil. You will be responsible for the daily support commercial staff with all administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities 

  • Assist the entire team in meeting applicable sales requirements.
  • Be the LAM focal point for CRM, Xaitporter, and good news.
  • Monitor completion (WCS) and intervention (WIS) revenue.
  • Invoice products and services.
  • Receive the PO, monitor manufacturing, and ship equipment to customers.
  • Conduct the local content certification process.
  • Control contracts, their consumption, and related information.
  • Knowledge management.
  • Register and maintain Welltec's account on client/institution platforms.
  • Assist in sales events.
  • Support quality demands (audits, non-conformities).
  • Create reports.
  • Implement process and system improvements.



The candidate

We are looking for a colleague who wants to be part of a small, informal team, who is always ready to help each other. It is also important that you like working in an environment where things are constantly changing. In addition, you must have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience from a similar position
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Professional in English

And finally, you must be:

  • Proactive and good at following up
