You will join our Global HR department consisting of 19 colleauges from multiple countries forming a truly global team which is closely connected. The hierarchy is flat and humor and high engagement is part of the daily life.
The Global HR team is responsible for HR Operations as well as our annual wheel and projects related to development, leadership and other People-related priorities. The HR HQ team has 7 colleagues based in Allerød who support Denmark as well as a team dedicated to Organisational Performance and Global Reward.
As HR Manager, you will be responsible for the HR agenda for our Africa locations which include Angola, Nigeria, Algeria and Congo.
You will report directly to VP HR with a dotted line to the Area Vice President of Africa.
You will work closely with the senior leadership team for Africa, especially the local Country Managers and functional leaders.
You will have an HR Advisor in your team, based in Nigeria, who will be responsible for supporting you in managing the full scope of HR responsibilities including data management, administration, and more.
We expect you to be structured, methodical and you must thrive in a fast-paced environment with many projects and tasks going on simultaneously.
It is important that you can take ownership of tasks and that you have a high sense of urgency.
Travel to meetings or visits to the Africa sites is to be expected every 3-4 months in agreement with the Area Vice President.

We are looking for a motivated and curious candidate with a background as HR Business Partner covering global locations. Ideally, you have knowledge of Africa but this is not a requirement.
You have the following background as well as skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
