Graphic Designer & Digital Content Creater

The department

You will be part of the Marketing Department that consists of dedicated employees each specialized within their field.

Together we cover all aspects of branding, marketing, communication, PR, events, and exhibitions. The team works together as a tight unit complementing each other’s skillset and reports to the Marketing & Branding Manager. The group is dynamic, creative and from diverse backgrounds with various experiences.

The position

We are looking for an experienced motivated designer looking for an opportunity to develop practical skills as a graphic designer/digital content creator in a creative Branding team. 

We already have best practices and a strong brand and awareness within the industry, but we continually seek to improve the quality of our presence both on and offline. In collaboration with the team, you will play a vital role in the design team with various graphic design tasks.

Activities include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with the team to develop and produce graphic design materials, adhering to the company's brand guidelines.
• Create and modify digital and print assets, including banners and backwall graphics, brochures, datasheets, flyers, posters, presentations, invitation and other marketing collaterals, using InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Create digital content for SoMe, small animations, case stories etc.
• Design of icons, infographics, and other visual elements for various systems, projects and campaigns.
• Ensure that all designs are visually engaging, cohesive, and aligned with the company's brand identity.
• Help maintain and organize the digital asset library, ensuring that files are properly named, archived, and accessible to the team.
• Collaborate with team members to gather project requirements, provide design input, and offer creative solutions to design challenges.
• Conduct research and stay up to date with design trends, industry standards, and best practices to continually enhance your design skills.
• Assist in other related design tasks as requested.

The position offers a commitment of 37 hours per week. Where you will be in the office minimum 4 days a week.

 

The candidate

We are looking for a social, creative, and organized colleague with great energy who will support Welltec as the professional, agile and innovative company we are.

We imagine that you:

• Are experienced as a graphic designer and keen in growing as a digital content creator.
• Have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, , Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects.
• Pay strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines accurately.
• Have a good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles.
• Are creative and have a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Can manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
