As we continue to standardize and streamline our Global HR processes, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Global Reward Partner to join our team and lead the strategic management of our Reward programs across the globe.
You will join the Organizational Performance and Development team who develop, conceptualize and support in establishing and implementing the HR structure by which our Area HR operates within Development and Global Reward. Our outreach is global and we work in close collaboration with our local HR managers and teams to enable people performance for our leaders across the company.
As the Global Reward Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the strategy, design, implementation, and management of all Reward programs across the organization. This includes Short-Term Incentive scheme (STI), Long-Term Incentive scheme (LTI) and leading the Global Salary Review process. In addition, you will be the go-to trusted advisor within Reward for our senior leaders and Area HR and work on strategic projects such as our Field Staff bonus structure, Mobility, and more. You will work closely with senior leadership, HR, and business partners to ensure that our Reward programs align with business goals, enhance employee engagement, and attract and retain top talent. In addition, you will support on ad hoc issues related to Global Reward.
You will report to Head of Organizational Performance and Development and also work in close collaboration with our VP HR.
