The department

Our Esbjerg team is growing, and we are looking for your help. We are a close-knit team, and the atmosphere is busy and hectic but at the same time casual and friendly. We work hard to meet the deadlines set by our customers and we don’t mind putting in an extra effort to exceed expectations.

The position

To further strengthen and support our operations offshore Denmark and on the European Continent, we are looking for highly motivated Field Engineers/Senior Field Engineers/General Field Engineers.

Key responsibilities

Train and act as mentors for new Field personnel.
Prepare and execute complex onshore and offshore operations across the European Continent.
Perform job load-out and rig up/down at wellsite, both land and offshore environments.
Follow detailed processes and procedures to maintain an industry leading level of service quality.
Uphold a high level of customer service at all times.
Undertake technical, safety, and shop/office responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Maintain equipment and facilities in an orderly and workable condition.
Ability or desire to stand in as an EIC as and when required.

The candidate

The ideal candidate should:

Actively participate in training of other Field personnel on location and on wellsite
Take responsibility as lead engineer on assigned operations, be forward-learning and HSE minded
Advise service company personnel on Welltec equipment, services and procedures
Has experience from E-line operations and/or logging tools
Be a highly motivated individual who approach challenges with a positive ‘can-do-attitude’ and is willing to work under pressure and in varying remote conditions
Be IT confident and proficient within the Microsoft Office suite and be capable of learning bespoke software quickly
Be able to complete the standard requirements to travel offshore
Have the right to work in the whole European Union
