The position 

We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, who takes pride in precision work and sees the job as more than just a paycheck – you thrive when fine-tuning processes, optimizing performance, and achieving perfect results.

Your Primary Responsibilities
•    Create new programs in Mastercam
•    Set up and manage tools using our TMS system
•    Program and operate CNC machines based on technical drawings and 3D models
•    Monitor and optimize production on fully automated 5-axis milling machines
•    Set up, adjust, and fine-tune machines for maximum precision and efficiency
•    Ensure consistent high quality through in-machine probing and process control
•    Work closely with our engineering team on process optimization and production improvements
•    Machine complex components in demanding materials such as 316L, Duplex, and Inconel
•    Operate robot-assisted production cells and contribute to advanced automation setups
•    Inspect finished parts for tolerances, surface finish, and accuracy
•    Maintain a clean, structured, and safe work environment
•    Follow all safety and quality standards

 

The candidate

We imagine that you have a background as a toolmaker, industrial technician, or a similar technical education – and that you are motivated by working with advanced production technology at the highest level.

Your Qualifications
•    Experience with CAD/CAM programming – preferably Mastercam
•    Solid understanding of machining principles and material properties
•    Ability to read and translate technical drawings and 3D models into precise programs
•    Strong attention to detail, quality, and process optimization
•    Experience in producing complex components in small series
•    Familiarity with automation and robotic systems
•    Experience with Okuma machines is a strong advantage
•    Proficiency in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code)
•    Experience working with various materials, such as stainless steel, Duplex, and PEEK, is an advantage
•    A structured and independent work approach, combined with team spirit and professional pride
•    Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
