Our R&D team includes mechanical, electrical and design engineers. We design our clean technologies for reliability, effectiveness and safety.
R&D at Welltec has always centered around customer needs. Most members of our R&D team have experience operating equipment in the field, which they use when designing new solutions.
Listening and engaging in dialog with our clients are critical activities. Many levels of our organization take part in informal discussions with customers about the challenges they face. We also organize structured opportunities for clients to discuss their needs and encourage them to attend test trials to get their immediate feedback.
Regular client feedback is a part of our ISO 9001:2000 process. We analyze the quality, health, safety and environmental information that we collect about every job. We use this for continuous improvement and also to stimulate discussions about new service opportunities.
R&D, manufacturing and business leadership work together as a team from the beginning of the design stage and stay together throughout. This helps us get the job done right the first time and minimizes time to market.
