Our track record speaks for itself. Welltec is present around the world in many different operating environments and we will continue our rapid growth. We will remain part of the team in high-profile and hostile well environments around the world (including deepwater, subsea, extended reach wells, the oil sands, high-yield and unconventional gas wells). With our innovative R&D department we will continue expanding our services including in intervention and wells at the forefront of technology.
We will continue addressing increasingly complex problems in the different phases of a well’s lifecycle including evaluation, drilling and completion, production and intervention. We will continue increasing our service range in deviated, horizontal and vertical wells with innovative advanced technologies and also with extensions to our existing families of remote-controlled precision robotic equipment.
We will continue to recruit locally where we operate and to provide the extensive international training and competency building that is needed for sustainable development, including in advanced, clean technology and management skills. Our technology is part of the solution that helps our clients meet the world’s need for energy while at the same time reducing greenhouse gas emissions and promoting sustainable economic growth.
We built our organization to last with cutting-edge people, processes, technology and management systems. We incorporated best practices including from other industries. For example we adopted fail-safe manufacturing processes from the aerospace industry to ensure reliability. This robust infrastructure will help us maintain our streamlined organization, entrepreneurial spirit and high productivity as we get larger.
