December 1^st, the major operator ConocoPhillips signed a contract that includes all wireline work for ConocoPhillips Norway. Welltec is proud to be announced one of the service contractors.

With this contract, Welltec will partner up to conduct high quality operations by providing the full suite of intervention services to ConocoPhillips in the North Sea.

The first contract period is for 5 years, commencing in January 2010 with options for 2 times 2 years. As a contractor to ConocoPhillips, Welltec is poised to strengthen its presence in Norway in the years to come.
